Try out kayaking at Hofsnäs
This is a try-out course in kayaking in the beautiful surroundings of Hofsnäs. The course is suitable for beginners or intermediets who have not paddled on their own. During 3 hours you get to learn to maneuver the kayak in a safe and comfortable way.
The course starts on land, where we go through how to adjust the kayak, technique and safety. Then we can safely get out on the water put theory into practice as we paddle together on the two lakes around Hofsnäs.

The try-out course for kayak is suitable for adults and children from age 13 and up. There are no prior experience needed but you do have to be able to swim. Instructor/guide is present during the whole activity.
