Day 1: Duvereds Gård – Årås kvarn ca 20 km
The trip starts in Duvered where you are provided a lunch packet to eat on the way to Årås kvarn. The trip follows the track called Änglaleden. The night is spent at the cozy hostel at Årås kvarn. Here you are provided all you need for a barbecue that you prepare for yourselves at the barbecue cot close to the hostel. Breakfast is also provided and can be found in the fridge for you to enjoy. Your luggage will be transported for you from Duvered to Årås and it will be waiting for you when you arrive. Just bring what you need for the day with you on the bike.
Day 2: Årås kvarn – Lindås spa – Gudebo B&B ca 13 km
After breakfast it’s time to head out again for Lindås Spa. It lies about 10 km from Årås and it takes about an hour on your bicycles. Your Spa treatments begins at 10 o’clock, so bear that in mind when setting out. The package includes aroma sauna, jacuzzi, hair treatment, and body scrub, bathrobe and towel. If you wish to add other treatments, you are welcome to do so at your own expense. You will also be provided a lunch basket to enjoy in the beautiful surroundings at Lindås. When you feel ready around 2 o’clock it’s time to head out for Gudebo Gård, about 5 km. Here you will stay at their beautiful Bed & Breakfast. Dinner will be prepared outside together with Outdoor support. Breakfast is found in the fridge in the morning for you. Your luggage will be waiting for you at the B&B when you arrive, just bring what you need for the day and at the spa. Towels and bathrobes are provided for you.
Day 3: Gudebo – Duvereds Gård ca 11 km
After breakfast it is a short trip from Gudebo back to Duvered where you started, about 11 km. The roads you will take leads mostly along Änglaleden. When arriving at Duvereds Gård we recommend a visit to the small boutique Gårdshuset where they sell their own organic beef, hamburgers, and sausages. Your luggage will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Gudebo Gård
A countryside accomodation. Gudebo Gård is a family homestead in Änglagård country. This is where Annette and Mikael runs, besides a cozy bed & breakfast, a forestry and organic animal husbandry – in short, a good place to relax in.
Lindås Spa och friskvård
is a family business with focus on well-being. They offer spa-treatments in the countryside close to flora and fauna. Here you can relax in a country setting where they care about nature and use organic and natural products when possible, both in food and spa-treatments.
Vandrarhemmet Årås kvarn
Welcome to visit Årås Kvarn & STF Vandrarhem, a special and charming place. It is an oasis located by the river Tidan where it connects the lakes of Jogen and Vållern. The inn is picturesque with eight rooms, a kitchen, and a gathering room. There is a barbecue cottage available for guests, located beautifully by the shore of Tidan.
Duvereds Gård
An organic farm, located just east of Ulricehamn, and run by Björn and Lotta. They have a farm house boutique, Gårdshuset, where they sell their own organic beef, hamburgers, and sausage.
